The difference between class Insecta and Arachnida of phylum Arthropoda are :

Arachnid
1.       They posses  three pair of legs for walking
They posses  four pair of legs for walking
2.       Their head consists of 1 pair of antennae
Antennae is absent in their head.

3.       Their body is divided into head, thorax and abdomen.
Their body is divided into persoma, metasoma, mesosoma.
4.       Thorax and abdomen is well segmented.
Their body is unsegmented.
5.       They respire through trachea.
They respire through book lungs and trachea.
6.       They have one or two pair of wings.
Wings are absent in them.
